Within the framework of the project “Strengthening Human Rights in Psychiatric Care”, implemented by Human Rights Action with the financial support of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Montenegro, a public call is hereby announced for the submission of bids for renovation works on the sanitary facilities and internal doors at the Special Psychiatric Hospital “Dobrota” in Kotor.

The deadline for the submission of bids is 3 August 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
